Submission Information definition

Submission Information means information that Aspire provides or makes available to Broker in written or electronic format, including, without limitation to; insurance applications, product guides, rates and rating software, processes and procedures, commission schedules, or premium payment plans.

  • Subject to and in accordance with this Agreement and the Submission Information, you may, within the Territory, submit to us information necessary to quote, bind, or service a Policy or Renewal, and collect and provide receipts for premiums for insurance products specified in Article XII for which a Policy or Renewal has been issued.

Related to Submission Information

  • Transaction Information means any information provided to any Rating Agency, in each case, to the extent related to such Rating Agency providing or proposing to provide a rating of any Notes or monitoring such rating including, without limitation, information in connection with the Seller, the Originator, the Servicer or the Receivables.

  • Identification Information means, for an individual - the passport/ID information specified while the Client Registration.

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Installation Information for a User Product means any methods, procedures, authorization keys, or other information required to install and execute modified versions of a covered work in that User Product from a modified version of its Corresponding Source. The information must suffice to ensure that the continued functioning of the modified object code is in no case prevented or interfered with solely because modification has been made.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Buyer Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.8(a).

  • Confidential commercial or financial information means any business information (other than trade secrets) which is exempt from the mandatory disclosure requirement of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552. Exemptions from mandatory disclosure which may be applicable to business information contained in proposals include exemption (4), which covers “commercial and financial information obtained from a person and privileged or confidential,” and exemption (9), which covers “geological and geophysical information, including maps, concerning wells.”

  • Customer Confidential Information means Confidential Information of the Customer provided to Computershare.

  • Environmental information means any information in written, visual, aural, electronic or any other material form on:

  • Access Information means information that alone or together with other information, can provide access to any portion of Your Account, including but not limited to, Your Account number, login names, passwords, credit card or other financial information, security questions and their respective answers, and any other similar information. For the avoidance of doubt, Your Access Information will include any similar information for each of Your Users.
