Application Process means the online application process under which the Applicant applies for Hospitality Packages on the Webshop.
Dispute Resolution Process means the process described in clause 9
RFP Process or “Bidding Process” means the process governing the submission and evaluation of the Bids as set out in the RFP itself;
Random selection process means a process by which currently income-eligible households are selected for placement in affordable housing units such that no preference is given to one applicant over another except for purposes of matching household income and size with an appropriately priced and sized affordable unit (e.g., by lottery).
Procurement Process means the process commenced by the issuing of this Invitation and concluding upon the award of a contract (or other outcome as determined by Tetra Tech International Development) or upon the earlier termination of the process
dispute resolution proceeding ’ means any process in which an alternative means of dispute resolution is used to resolve an issue in controversy in which a neutral is appointed and specified parties participate;
In process means the student has received at least one dose of the required immunizations and is waiting the minimum time interval to receive the additional dose(s).
Process or “Processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon the Personal Data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure, or destruction.
Liquidation Process Regulations means, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process) Regulations 2016 as amended from time to time;
Regulatory Proceeding means a request for information, civil investigative demand, or civil proceeding commenced by service of a complaint or similar proceeding brought by or on behalf of the Federal Trade Commission, Federal Communications Commission, or any federal, state, local or foreign governmental entity in such entity’s regulatory or official capacity in connection with such proceeding.
Collaborative law process means a procedure intended to resolve a collaborative matter without intervention by a tribunal in which persons sign a collaborative law participation agreement and are represented by collaborative lawyers.
Complaints Procedure means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. It is not intended to form part of the contract between you and the School. A copy of the most up-to-date procedure is on the School's website and is otherwise available from the School at any time upon request;
E-Auction Process /”E-Auction” shall mean the electronic auction process for sale of the Company conducted in accordance with the provisions of IBC, Liquidation Process Regulations, Applicable Law(s) and this E- Auction Process Information Document inviting Bid from the Bidders for consummating the sale of Company on going concern basis in accordance with the provisions of IBC and Liquidation Process Regulations;
Commercial applicator means a person, corporation, or employee of a person or corporation who enters into a contract or an agreement for the sake of monetary payment and agrees to perform a service by applying a pesticide but does not include a farmer trading work with another, a person employed by a farmer not solely as a pesticide applicator who applies pesticide as an incidental part of the person’s general duties, or a person who applies pesticide as an incidental part of a custom farming operation.
Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.
Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.
Complaint means any dissatisfaction expressed by a Complainant orally or in writing to HMO about any aspect of HMO’s operation, including, but not limited to:
Agreed Process means any process agreed between the parties in respect of a Dispute other than the Dispute Resolution Procedure, as may be amended between the parties.
Regulatory Approval Application means any application submitted to an appropriate Regulatory Authority seeking any Regulatory Approval.
Investigational Product means the Study Drug identified above and the control material, as further detailed in the Protocol;
Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolution of Disputes set forth in Article 26;
Practical application means to manufacture in the case of a composition or product, to practice in the case of a process or method, or to operate in the case of a machine or system; and, in each case, under such conditions as to establish that the invention is being utilized and that its benefits are, to the extent permitted by law or government regulations, available to the public on reasonable terms.
