Subordinated Loan Documentation definition

Subordinated Loan Documentation means the subordinated promissory notes issued by Borrowers in favor of Holdings from time to time evidencing the subordinated loans made by Holdings to Borrowers, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent.
Subordinated Loan Documentation means the Subordinated Notes and all other related agreements, instruments and documents among Borrowers and Subordinated Lender.
Subordinated Loan Documentation means, as to any Subordinated Indebtedness, the applicable Subordination Agreement and any and all loan agreements between the Issuer or any Subsidiary Guarantor and the applicable Subordinated Lender and/or promissory note(s) issued by the Issuer or any Subsidiary Guarantor to the applicable Subordinated Lender in connection with such Subordinated Indebtedness and all other instruments and documents executed in connection therewith.
