Subordinated Note Holders definition

Subordinated Note Holders means each of the Persons listed on Disclosure Schedule 3.24.

Subordinated Note Holders means any and all holders of Subordinated Notes.

Subordinated Note Holders means the Holders of the Subordinated Notes issued under the Subordinated Notes Indenture, together with their successors and assigns.
