Subordinated Parties definition

Subordinated Parties collectively, the Cash Management Banks and Qualified Counterparties, solely in such capacities and with respect to Subordinated Obligations.
Subordinated Parties means the Owner Lessor and the Owner Participant in their capacity as holders of the Subordinated Claims.

More Definitions of Subordinated Parties

Subordinated Parties means the Subordinated Lender.
