Subproject Committee definition

Subproject Committee. (Núcleo Comunitário) means the Committee to be established by each Beneficiary Community in accordance with the Operational Manual and paragraph 6 of Schedule 4 to this Grant Agreement for the purpose of identifying, preparing and implementing Subprojects; and

  • FAS shall enter into a Financing Agreement with each Subproject Committee for the benefit of each Beneficiary.

  • Subproject Committee members may grant a power of attorney to other members to represent them as their proxies.

  • If the Subproject Committee decides not to implement the action, the Technical Coordinating Committee and the Subproject Committee shall meet to determine the appropriate course of action.

  • The Subproject Committee shall consider the proposed budget and the Cost Consultant’s written recommendations and shall adopt the Subproject O&M Cost budget (“Subproject O&M Budget”) for the ensuing year by October 1 of each year.

  • In the event that the Cooperating Respondents fail to obtain the required Written Authorization from the Sanitation District prior to the order date for Brine Technology for a particular Subproject, that Subproject Committee may, at its option, order the Brine Technology unit(s) for the Subproject.

  • If the Cooperating Respondents’ designated Subproject Committee representative(s) disagree with the Subproject Committee’s decision, such dispute shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in this Agreement.

Related to Subproject Committee

  • Project Committee has the meaning assigned to it in Section 6.1;

  • Project Steering Committee or “PSC” means the committee referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement;

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

  • P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol.   • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.

  • Steering Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • Project Commissioning means the Project will be considered as commissioned if all equipment as per rated project capacity has been installed and energy has flown into grid, in line with the Commissioning procedures defined in the RfS/PPA.

  • Monitoring Committee means the committee established under clause 10 of this Award.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;

  • CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of this Administrative Agreement as outlined in section 7 (Oversight Committee) of this Administrative Agreement.

  • JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Research Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Search Committee means the Search Committee set up by the Senate under section 15 (2);

  • Candidate Committee means a committee established by a candidate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-9(a), for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • JMC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).

  • OH&S Committee is referred to hereafter, read “body nominated to implement policy on site”.

  • Campaign committee means the committee designated by a candidate to receive all contributions
