Subscribed Delivered Energy definition

Subscribed Delivered Energy means that portion of the Qualified Amounts equal to the product of (a) the sum of Qualified Amounts minus (i) any electric energy produced by the Generating Facility for which SCE is not obligated to pay Seller as set forth in Section 4.01(e), in kWh, and minus (ii) any electric energy produced by the Generating Facility as set forth in Section 1.05(c)(ii), in kWh, in all hours for the XXX Period being calculated, measured in kWh; and (b) the quotient of the Subscribed Capacity divided by the Contract Capacity.
Subscribed Delivered Energy means, for ECR Projects only, that portion of the Qualified Amounts equal to the product of (a) the sum of Qualified Amounts minus (i) any electric energy produced by the Generating Facility for which SCE is not obligated to pay Seller as set forth in Section 4.01(e), in kWh, and minus (ii) any electric energy produced by the Generating Facility as set forth in Section 1.05(c)(ii), in kWh,; and (b) the quotient of the Subscribed Capacity divided by the Contract Capacity.
Subscribed Delivered Energy means that portion of the Qualified Amounts equal to the product of (a) the sum of Qualified Amounts minus (i) any electric energy produced by the Generating Facility for which SCE is not obligated to pay Seller as set forth in Section 4.01(e), in kWh, and minus (ii) any electric energy produced by the Generating Facility as set forth in Section 1.05(c)(ii), in kWh, in all hours for the TOD Period being calculated, measured in kWh; and (b) the quotient of the Subscribed Capacity divided by the Contract Capacity.
