  • Subject to clause 5.5, the Human Compliance Will Checking Service shall be made available to the Customer for the duration of the Subscribed Service Period (and any Extended Period) and will be subject to an additional charge (in addition to the Fees) which shall be paid in accordance with clause 8.8.

  • If such Small Business Customer wishes the Subscribed Service Period to continue and renew for a further period of 12 months, the Customer must give notice of its express consent at least 90 calendar days prior to the expiry of the Subscribed Service Period.

  • Cloud Service Provider or CSP means a company or organization that offers some component of cloud computing – typically Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) – to other businesses, organizations or individuals.

  • Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.

  • COBRA Period means the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending on the first anniversary thereof.

  • Continuous shiftworker means a shiftworker on continuous work.

  • Vesting Period means the period of time specified by the Committee during which vesting restrictions for an Award are applicable.

  • Subscription Term means the initial subscription term and if applicable any renewal subscription term of a Cloud Service identified in the Order Form.
