Subscriber Base definition

Subscriber Base means the number of subscribers receiving the Subscribed Channels either directly or indirectly (through Local Cable Operators) as declared by the Affiliate to KMSPL.

  • Average Active Subscriber Base of each channel from amongst the Subscribed Channels shall be arrived at, by averaging the number of subscribers subscribing such channel recorded four (4) times in a calendar month, as provided in the table below.
