Subscriber Policy definition

Subscriber Policy means this Policy, issued to the Subscriber by GHC-SCW. It sets forth the Benefits and services available to Subscribers. It explains essential terms and conditions affecting eligibility, coverage conditions, and termination of coverage.

  • To keep you up to date on your investment in the Company, the Company will provide or make available: § transaction confirmations; § transaction statements at least annually; § an annual tax statement for Australian resident investors to assist in completing tax returns; and § an annual financial report.

  • If this Subscriber Policy cancels midterm, either by the Subscriber’s request or the death of the Subscriber, GHC-SCW shall not issue a refund of the Premium for the month in which the cancellation occurred.

  • Coverage under this Subscriber Policy begins on the Individual Effective Date; there are no limitations, exclusions or waiting periods for coverage of a pre-existing condition.

  • In the event it is determined that Benefits under this Subscriber Policy should have been reduced because of benefits available under another health benefit plan or insurance policy, GHC-SCW shall have the right to recover any payments made or to assess a reasonable charge for Benefits rendered beyond its obligation hereunder.

  • GHC-SCW guarantees to issue this Subscriber Policy to Eligible Persons having guarantee issue rights.

  • Also the unenforceability or invalidity of any provision shall not render the remainder of this Subscriber Policy invalid or unenforceable.

  • All notices required by this Subscriber Policy must be in writing.

Related to Subscriber Policy

  • R&W Policy means those certain buyer-side representations and warranties insurance policies purchased by Buyer in connection with this Agreement.

  • Master Policy means a single worker’s compensation insurance policy issued by an insurer authorized to do business in this state to an employee leasing company in the name of the employee leasing company that covers more than one client of the employee leasing company.

  • CSR Policy means the present Corporate Social Responsibility Policy of the Company, which covers the activities to be undertaken by the Company as specified in Schedule VII to the Act and the CSR Expenditure thereon.

  • D&O Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b).

  • Tariff Policy means a Tariff Policy adopted by the Council in terms of Section 74 of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

  • Life Insurance Policy has the meaning given in Section 6.11.
