Examples of Subscriber Warranties in a sentence
The Subscriber gives the Subscriber Warranties to and for the benefit of the Company.
The Subscriber represents and warrants to the Company that the Subscriber Warranties are true and correct.
The Subscriber Warranties are given subject to the limitations set out in clause 11 and in relation to the Subscriber Tax Warranties the limitations set out in the Subscriber Tax Indemnity.
The Subscriber indemnifies the Company against, and must pay the Company an amount equal to, any Loss that the Company incurs or is liable for arising out of any breach of any of the Subscriber Warranties.
Subscribers can use their private keys and certificates for the usages stated in section 6.1.7. They must also follow the Subscriber Warranties as described in section 9.6.3, especial y the ones related to the “Protection of Private Key” and “Use of Certificate”.
