Subscriber Warranties definition

Subscriber Warranties means the warranties and representations given by each Subscriber pursuant to Clause 6 and Schedule 3 and “Subscriber Warranty” means any one of them

Examples of Subscriber Warranties in a sentence

  • The Subscriber gives the Subscriber Warranties to and for the benefit of the Company.

  • The Subscriber Warranties are given subject to the limitations set out in clause 11 and in relation to the Subscriber Tax Warranties the limitations set out in the Subscriber Tax Indemnity.

  • The Subscriber indemnifies the Company against, and must pay the Company an amount equal to, any Loss that the Company incurs or is liable for arising out of any breach of any of the Subscriber Warranties.

More Definitions of Subscriber Warranties

Subscriber Warranties has the meaning given in Clause 6.2;
