Subscription Database definition

Subscription Database means any Thomson CompuMark database to which Client subscribes as set out in the Cover Sheet;
Subscription Database means any Clarivate database to which Client subscribes as set out in the Cover Sheet;
Subscription Database means CURAGEN's Rodent SeqCalling(TM) database.

  • To provide an incentive for institutions to subscribe to the entire Institutional Subscription Database, Google shall design the pricing of the different versions of the Institutional Subscription such that the price for access to the entire Institutional Subscription Database will be less than the sum of the prices for access to the discipline-based collections.

  • Google is authorized to, in the United States, sell subscriptions to the Institutional Subscription Database, sell individual Books, place advertisements on Online Book Pages, and make other commercial uses of Books, all as further described in this Amended Settlement Agreement.

Related to Subscription Database

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • User Subscriptions means the user subscriptions purchased by the Customer and set out in the Subscription Order Form which entitle Authorised Users to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Subscription Day means every Business Day provided that the Management Company may with the prior written consent of the Trustee and upon giving not less than seven (7) days notice in the two (2) widely circulated English and Urdu newspapers declare any particular Business Day or days not to be a Subscription Day.

  • Subscription Period means the duration of Customer’s authorized use of the Subscription Services as designated in the Order.

  • Subscription Fee means the Fees payable by IPTV Operator to ZEEL for availing the signals of Zee Group Channels on a monthly basis and calculated as “ZEEL’s Share of MRP” multiplied by average active subscribers for any given month.

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • City Data means that data as described in Article 13 of this Agreement which includes, without limitation, all data collected, used, maintained, processed, stored, or generated by or on behalf of the City in connection with this Agreement. City Data includes, without limitation, Confidential Information.

  • Login means a unique username, which allows Clients to access Trading System, and further allows to access into the Trading System after entering the username and Password.
