Subscription License definition

Subscription License means a particular type of license to a Software Product that allow s a Customer to use the Software Product for a specified period of time identified in the Quote. For reference, a Software Product that is a Subscription License shall have the word “Subscription” in the Software Product name and/or have the letters “SU” at the end of the product number for the Software Product.
Subscription License means, for purposes of this Enrollment, a fixed term license that expires when the Enrollment expires or is terminated unless the buyout option is exercised. Any License ordered under this Enrollment is a Subscription License, even if it is otherwise designated on the purchase order.
Subscription License means a license for which you pay a periodic Fee to obtain the right to use and deploy the Software, whether on your premises or at your preferred hosting provider.

  • A License for Educational Purposes for Public Educational Institutions is only avail- able as a Subscription License for teaching purposes only.

More Definitions of Subscription License

Subscription License means a license to use the Software that has a specific term limit identified on an applicable Order Form.
Subscription License means a license to Use the Software according to this Agreement until your specified license term or subscription period ends or this Agreement terminates as described herein. For clarity, unless the Sage Group plc entity with which you contracted to Use the Software agrees otherwise in writing: (a) where your Use of the Software is via Cloud Solution Services (or via a managed or outsource provider in accordance with Section 2.1.5) such Use is only permitted under a Subscription License; and (b) where your Use of the Software is not via Cloud Solution Services (or via a managed or outsource provider accordance with Section 2.1.5) you must deploy and Use the Software on your own infrastructure.
Subscription License means a form of license of the Licensed Product for a year or other fixed term as may be agreed between Licensor and Licensee and is identified as a Subscription License in a quotation from Licensor. A Subscription License includes Software Maintenance during the term of the Subscription License.
