Subscription Order and Acceptance Form definition

Subscription Order and Acceptance Form means the form used for Orders placed on Licence Subscriptions Manager. A sample copy of the form is attached hereto in Licence Annex 2 to this Licence and may be modified as necessary. Once the completed form has been submitted by the Institution, the Jisc Ordering Platform automatically generates the Order Confirmation Emails.

Subscription Order and Acceptance Form means the form used for Orders placed on the Jisc Collections Online Ordering Service. A sample copy of the form is attached hereto in Sub-Licence Annex 2 to this Sub-Licence and may be modified as necessary. Subscription Order and Acceptance Form means the form used for Orders placed on the Licence Subscriptions Manager. Once the completed form has been submitted by the Institution, the Jisc Ordering Platform automatically generates the Order Confirmation Emails. “Subscription Period” means the period from the Start Date until the expiry date stated in an Order. “Subscription Year” means the period from the Start Date until the expiry of the first Calendar Year, and each subsequent Calendar Year thereafter during the Subscription Period.

Examples of Subscription Order and Acceptance Form in a sentence

  • Any notice given to a party under or in connection with this Licence shall be in writing and shall be delivered by hand or email, or by pre-paid first-class post or other next Working Day delivery service at its address set out below: if to the Publisher: Name of recipient Post Email address if to the Institution: as stated in the Subscription Order and Acceptance Form.

  • In the event that the Institution completes the Subscription Order Confirmation and Acceptance Form during a given year, the Institution shall pay Clarivate that part of the applicable Licence Fee which represents the period covering the date as set out in the Subscription Order and Acceptance Form up to the date where the next 12 months subscription period starts.

  • During the last two decades the promotion of regional languages, in preference to English has been a matter of deliberate policy.

  • By completing the Subscription Order and Acceptance Form as part of the Jisc Collections Online Ordering Service, the Institution accepts the terms of this Licence and accepts, subject to Clause 8.2, that it must pay to the Publisher the total sum of the Licence Fee(s) for the whole term of this Licence.

  • In the event that the Institution completes the Subscription Order Confirmation and Acceptance Form during a given year, the Institution shall pay the Publisher that part of the applicable Licence Fee which represents the period covering the date as set out in the Subscription Order and Acceptance Form up to the date where the next 12 months subscription period starts.

  • In the event that the Institution completes the Subscription Order Confirmation and Acceptance Form during a given year, the Institution shall pay the Publisher (via Jisc Collections) that part of the applicable Licence Fee which represents the period covering the date as set out in the Subscription Order and Acceptance Form up to the date where the next 12 months subscription period starts.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the term of this Licence will commence upon the date as set out in the Subscription Order and Acceptance Form and will remain in full force and effect until the date of termination as set out in Clause 8.

Related to Subscription Order and Acceptance Form

  • XXXX Acceptance Form means the “Acceptance Form for End User License Agreement (for SAP On Premise indirect sales)” which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.

  • Subscription Order means a request from an Authorised Participant delivered to the Issuer to issue ETP Securities.

  • Acceptance Form means the form provided by the School for parents to complete when accepting a place for their child at the School;

  • Order Acceptance has the meaning given in clause 1.2.

  • adoption order means an adoption order under section 154 vesting the parental rights and duties relating to a child in the adopter;

  • Subscription Form means the form of subscription annexed hereto as Schedule “A”;

  • Letter of Acceptance (LOA) means the written notice issued by JMRC to the selected bidder(s) intimating the acceptance of selected bidder's Proposal for the award of License;

  • DEVIATION ORDER means any order given by the Engineer-in-Charge to effect an alteration, addition or deduction, which does not radically affect the scope and nature of the contract.

  • Variation Order means any written order, identified as such issued to the Contractor by the Employer under Sub Clause 31.1.

  • The Purchase Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The purchase order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Redemption Order means a Redemption Order in the form attached to the LS Operating Procedures Agreement, or such other form as may be acceptable to the Issuer in its sole discretion.

  • Assignment and Acceptance Agreement means an assignment and acceptance agreement entered into by a Lender, an Eligible Assignee and the Administrative Agent, and, if required, the Borrower, pursuant to which such Eligible Assignee may become a party to this Agreement, in substantially the form of Exhibit C hereto.

  • Commitment and Acceptance is defined in Section 2.18(b).

  • Final completion and acceptance means the stage in the progress of the work as determined by the Contracting Officer and confirmed in writing to the Contractor, at which all work required under the contract has been completed in a satisfactory manner, subject to the discovery of defects after final completion, and except for items specifically excluded in the notice of final acceptance.

  • AGREED AND ACCEPTED AGREED AND ACCEPTED:

  • Acceptance Letter means the letter from Adviser to BD pursuant to which the Adviser appoints BD as a Broker Dealer for each series of MuniPreferred issued by any Fund that has executed a Request Letter.

  • Purchase Order Number means the Customer’s unique number relating to the supply of the Services;

  • Certificate of Acceptance means written certification, delivered to Contractor and signed by an authorized representative of the State, stating that any Defects in a particular Phase or the Solution discovered after implementation and testing have been corrected as required under this Contract, and that the Phase complies in all material respects with all of the applicable Requirements.

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • Subscription Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Bid Application Form means the form as specified in Annexure II of this E-Auction Process Information Document;
