A sample copy of the form is attached hereto in Licence Annex 2 to this Licence and may be modified as necessary. Once the completed form has been submitted by the Institution, the Jisc Ordering Platform automatically generates the Order Confirmation Emails.

Subscription Order and Acceptance Form means the form used for Orders placed on the Licence Subscriptions Manager. Once the completed form has been submitted by the Institution, the Jisc Ordering Platform automatically generates the Order Confirmation Emails. “Subscription Period” means the period from the Start Date until the expiry date stated in an Order. “Subscription Year” means the period from the Start Date until the expiry of the first Calendar Year, and each subsequent Calendar Year thereafter during the Subscription Period.

Examples of Subscription Order and Acceptance Form in a sentence

  • Any notice given to a party under or in connection with this Licence shall be in writing and shall be delivered by hand or email, or by pre-paid first-class post or other next Working Day delivery service at its address set out below: if to the Publisher: Name of recipient Post Email address if to the Institution: as stated in the Subscription Order and Acceptance Form.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the term of this Licence will commence upon the date as set out in the Subscription Order and Acceptance Form and will remain in full force and effect until the date of termination as set out in Clause 8.

  • In the event that the Institution completes the Subscription Order Confirmation and Acceptance Form during a given year, the Institution shall pay the Publisher (via Jisc Collections) that part of the applicable Licence Fee which represents the period covering the date as set out in the Subscription Order and Acceptance Form up to the date where the next 12 months subscription period starts.

  • In the event that the Institution completes the Subscription Order Confirmation and Acceptance Form during a given year, the Institution shall pay the Publisher that part of the applicable Licence Fee which represents the period covering the date as set out in the Subscription Order and Acceptance Form up to the date where the next 12 months subscription period starts.

  • By completing the Subscription Order and Acceptance Form as part of the Jisc Collections Online Ordering Service, the Institution accepts the terms of this Licence and accepts, subject to Clause 8.2, that it must pay to the Publisher the total sum of the Licence Fee(s) for the whole term of this Licence.

  • In the event that the Sub-Licensee completes the Subscription Order Confirmation and Acceptance Form during a given year, the Sub-Licensee shall pay Jisc Collections that part of the applicable Sub-Licence Fee which represents the period covering the date as set out in the Subscription Order and Acceptance Form up to the date where the next 12 months subscription period starts.

  • In the event that the Institution completes the Subscription Order Confirmation and Acceptance Form during a given year, the Institution shall pay Clarivate that part of the applicable Licence Fee which represents the period covering the date as set out in the Subscription Order and Acceptance Form up to the date where the next 12 months subscription period starts.
