During the Subscription Term, the Subscription Quantity may not be lowered below the number ordered in the initial Order Form.
Service Provider shall ensure that its usage of the CA Software is restricted to the Subscription Quantity and that in the event that the number of required Subscription Licenses exceeds the Subscription Quantity, then Service Provider shall order additional Subscription Licenses in the process as set forth in Section 3.3.
