Subscription Quantity definition

Subscription Quantity means the quantity of Subscription Licenses purchased by Service Provider.
Subscription Quantity means the minimum number of Units set out in the Order for which
Subscription Quantity. Subscription Fee”, “Subscription Term”, “Overage” describe elements of Subscriptions and are defined in Section 3.

  • Customer understands and agrees that any change in the Subscription Quantity will occur immediately upon calculation and without prior notice.

  • A decrease in Subscriber’s Subscription Quantity (as defined in Section 3 of this Article I) may be made after Enrollment in accordance with Section 4 of Article II of this Agreement.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.
