Subsequent Advance Date definition

Subsequent Advance Date with respect to any Advance other than the Initial Advance, shall mean the date that such Advance is made pursuant to and in accordance with the Loan Agreement.

Subsequent Advance Date has the meaning given to it in Section 2.02(c).

Subsequent Advance Date means the date the Subsequent Advances are actually made and as specified in the relevant Borrowing Notice delivered by Borrower hereunder.

More Definitions of Subsequent Advance Date

Subsequent Advance Date means the date on which any Subsequent Advance is funded by the Lenders to Borrower.

Subsequent Advance Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.1(b) hereof.
