Subsequent Gaming Facility Revenues means gaming revenues from a gaming facility (other than the Facility) owned or operated by the Band in Michigan, but only to the following extent: (i) all Class III Gaming Net Revenue, and (ii) Class II Gaming Net Revenue to the extent that such Class II Net Revenue exceeds $1,000,000.
