SUBSEQUENT GRANT AGREEMENT definition

SUBSEQUENT GRANT AGREEMENT means an agreement substantially similar to the Grant Agreement, relating to Subsequent Transition Property, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
SUBSEQUENT GRANT AGREEMENT means the written agreement between the Department and an Agricultural Household purchasing an owner-occupied unit used to ensure compliance with Program requirements as further described in Section 7228.

  • The Department may execute and cause to be recorded in the office of the recorder of the county in which a Grant Agreement, Regulatory Agreement, or Subsequent Grant Agreement has been recorded, a subordination of the Agreement, provided that any subordination of the Agreement shall not jeopardize the security interest of the state and shall further the interest of farmworker housing.

Related to SUBSEQUENT GRANT AGREEMENT
