Subsequent Interest Rate definition

Subsequent Interest Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a) hereof.
Subsequent Interest Rate means the rate of interest in respect of each Reset Period which shall be a rate per annum equal to the aggregate of the applicable Reference Bond Rate on the relevant Reset Determination Date and 4.985%, such sum being converted to a quarterly rate in accordance with market convention (rounded to three decimal places, with 0.005 rounded down).
Subsequent Interest Rate means the rate per annum equal to the sum of 3.765 per cent. and the Mid Market Swap Rate.

Thereafter, the rate shall be adjusted to the rate determined by the Receiver to be equal to the equivalent coupon issue yield on such Treasury Bills in effect as of the first day of each succeeding calendar quarter during which interest accrues as published in The Wall Street Journal.

The Reference Rate is an index rate determined by Bank from time to time as a means of pricing certain extensions of credit and is neither directly tied to any external rate of interest or index nor necessarily the lowest rate of interest or index nor necessarily the lowest rate of interest charged by Bank at any given time.
