Subsidiary committee definition

Subsidiary committee means a political committee other than a principal campaign committee, designated by a candidate or by a principal campaign committee pursuant to R.S. 18:1491.3(B) or R.S. 18:1491.3(C) to receive contributions or make expenditures on behalf of the candidate or the committee.
Subsidiary committee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(f).
