Subsidiary Grant definition

Subsidiary Grant means the grant provided by the Recipient to the Federation under the Subsidiary Agreement (as hereafter defined) from the proceeds of the Grant;
Subsidiary Grant means the Subsidiary Grant provided under the Subsidiary Agreement.
Subsidiary Grant means a grant to be made by the Recipient out of the proceeds of the Financing to SDF pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 1 of Section I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • The Additional Condition of Effectiveness consists of the following, namely, that the Subsidiary Grant Agreement has been executed on behalf of the Recipient and CORAF.

  • If the right of the Recipient to disbursement from the Grant is suspended or terminated by the Administrator pursuant to the provisions of the Grant Agreement, the right of the Federation to disbursement from the Subsidiary Grant shall, likewise and simultaneously, be suspended or canceled, as the case may be.

  • To this end, the Recipient shall: (i) carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project through the MAFFS; and (ii) pursuant to the Subsidiary Grant Agreement, cause Parts 1.2, 1.5, 3.1 (a) and 4(i) of the Project to be carried out by CORAF, all in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement.

  • To this end, the Recipient shall: (i) carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project through the MoA; and (ii) pursuant to the Subsidiary Grant Agreement, cause Parts 1.2, 1.5, 3.1 (a) and 4(i) of the Project to be carried out by CORAF, all in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement.

  • To this end, the Recipient shall: (i) carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project through ARCN; and (ii) pursuant to the Subsidiary Grant Agreement, cause Parts 1.2, 1.5, 3.1(a) and 4 (i) of the Project to be carried out by CORAF in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement.


More Definitions of Subsidiary Grant

Subsidiary Grant means the grant made by the Recipient to EDC pursuant to Section 3.01 of this Grant Agreement;
Subsidiary Grant means the grant from the Recipient to IPB pursuant to the Project Administration Agreement;
