Implementation Program definition

Implementation Program means the Company's implementation program attached hereto as Annex C.

Implementation Program means the detailed program for the implementation of NTSEP as more particularly set out in Schedule 2 to this NTSEP Project Agreement, as the same may be varied or amended from time to time in accordance with this NTSEP Project Agreement.

Implementation Program has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7.

• A copy of the Standard Agreement that shall be used for the project and the “Agreement and Insurance Certification” form may be obtained from the Capital Implementation Program Office at the address given above.

More Definitions of Implementation Program

Implementation Program means the provisions contained in Schedule 5 to this Agreement;

Implementation Program means a program referred to in section 51.
