Subsidiary Note definition

Subsidiary Note the promissory note made by Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, a Georgia corporation and a Subsidiary of the Company, in favor of the Company and evidencing the intercompany indebtedness owed from time to time by such Subsidiary to the Company.
Subsidiary Note means any promissory note, substantially in the form of the Partnership Note, which a Subsidiary executes and delivers to Atlantic after the date hereof to evidence a Subsidiary Loan made by Atlantic to such Subsidiary.
