Subsidiary Sublimit definition

Subsidiary Sublimit means (a) as to each Borrowing Subsidiary other than Union Electric $150,000,000 and (b) as to Union Electric, $500,000,000 or, in the case of any Borrowing Subsidiary, any lesser amount to which the Subsidiary Sublimit of such Borrowing Subsidiary shall have been reduced pursuant to Section 2.8.
Subsidiary Sublimit means (a) as to each Borrowing Subsidiary other than Union Electric $150,000,000 and (b) as to Union Electric,
Subsidiary Sublimit means an amount equal to $100,000,000. The Subsidiary Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

Examples of Subsidiary Sublimit in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Borrowers may not terminate the Commitment of an Affected Lender if, after giving effect to such termination, (x) the Aggregate Outstanding Credit Exposure would exceed the Aggregate Commitment, or (y) the Subsidiary Credit Exposure of any Borrowing Subsidiary would exceed the Subsidiary Sublimit of such Borrowing Subsidiary.

  • In the event any Letter of Credit is issued for the account of a Borrowing Subsidiary under clause (ii) of the preceding sentence and the Company is solely liable under such Letter of Credit as provided in the preceding sentence, the LC Exposure related to such Letter of Credit shall not be included in the Subsidiary Credit Exposure for such Borrowing Subsidiary or otherwise applied or measured against the Subsidiary Sublimit for such Borrowing Subsidiary.

More Definitions of Subsidiary Sublimit

Subsidiary Sublimit as set forth in Section 1 of the Agreement are amended and restated in full, to read as follows:
Subsidiary Sublimit means the sum of the Retail Inventory Sublimit and the Beverage Sublimit, as such amount is reduced from time to time pursuant to subsection 2(d)(iv) hereof.
Subsidiary Sublimit means the sum of the Subsidiary Accounts Sublimit and the Subsidiary Inventory Sublimit, as such amount be reduced from time to time pursuant to subsection 2(d)(iv) hereof.
Subsidiary Sublimit means (a) as to Genco, $150,000,000 and (b) as to Union Electric, $500,000,000 or, in the case of any Borrowing Subsidiary, any lesser amount to which the Subsidiary Sublimit of such Borrowing Subsidiary shall have been reduced pursuant to Section 2.8.3.
Subsidiary Sublimit means the sum of the Retail Inventory Sublimit, as such amount is reduced from time to time pursuant to subsection 2(b)(ii) hereof.

  • L/C Sublimit has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex B.

  • Swingline Committed Amount means the amount of the Swingline Lender’s Swingline Commitment as specified in Section 2.4(a).

  • Foreign Currency Sublimit means $100,000,000.

  • Letter of Credit Sublimit means an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $100,000,000 and (b) the Aggregate Commitments. The Letter of Credit Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Aggregate Commitments.

  • Swingline Commitment the obligation of the Swingline Lender to make Swingline Loans pursuant to Section 2.6 in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed $10,000,000.

  • Issuing Bank Sublimit means, as of the Effective Date, (i) $2,500,000, in the case of Chase and (ii) in the case of any other Issuing Bank, such amount as shall be designated to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower in writing by such Issuing Bank; provided that any Issuing Bank shall be permitted at any time to increase or reduce its Issuing Bank Sublimit upon providing five (5) days’ prior written notice thereof to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.

  • Swing Line Commitment the obligation of the Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Loans pursuant to Section 2.6 in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed $10,000,000.

  • Maximum line current means the root-mean-square current in the supply line of an x-ray machine operating at its maximum rating.

  • Committed Amount shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Other Term Commitments means one or more Classes of term loan commitments hereunder that result from a Refinancing Amendment or Loan Modification Agreement.

  • Incremental Term Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).

  • Aggregate Term Loan Commitment means the combined Term Loan Commitments of the Lenders, which shall initially be in the amount of $62,680,000, as such amount may be reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Revolving Committed Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Total Term Loan Commitment means, at any time, the sum of the Term Loan Commitments of each of the Lenders at such time.

  • Other Term Loan Commitments means one or more Classes of term loan commitments hereunder that result from a Refinancing Amendment.

  • Incremental Term Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Incremental Term Loans.

  • Incremental Term Loan Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.24.
