Subsidiary Trust definition

Subsidiary Trust means Retrocom Mid-Market Subsidiary Trust, the commercial trust created under the laws of Ontario pursuant to a declaration of trust dated February 11, 2004, the sole beneficiary of which is the REIT;
Subsidiary Trust means an open-ended investment trust to be established pursuant to the laws of the Province of British Columbia and which will be a subsidiary of either the Realty Trust or the Mortgage Fund;
Subsidiary Trust has the meaning ascribed to such term in the recitals hereto.
