Subsidy Agreement definition

Subsidy Agreement means this document and all modifications, alterations, amendments and supplements hereto made and delivered in accordance with provisions hereof, which phrase sometimes is referred to in this document by use of such words as “hereto”, “hereby”, “herein”, “hereof”, or “hereunder”.
Subsidy Agreement means any agreement made by the Borrower or any administrative decision (Bescheid) addressed to the Borrower in relation to grants and/or allowances (Investitionszulagen/Investitionszuschüsse) in connection with the Project and any statutory or other obligations imposed on the Borrower associated therewith.
Subsidy Agreement. An agreement between the Company and a Mortgagor, or an agreement among the Company, a Mortgagor and an employer of a Mortgagor with respect to a Mortgage Loan which provides for the application of Subsidy Funds and pursuant to which the monthly interest payments made by the related Mortgagor will be less than the scheduled monthly interest payments on such Mortgage Loan, with the resulting difference in interest payments being provided by the employer of the Mortgagor.
