Substantial Completion Payment definition

Substantial Completion Payment means the Milestone Payment associated with the achievement of Substantial Completion, which shall be equal to [***].

  • Seller shall include with such Change Notice the best information and documentation then reasonably available to Seller to support any change proposed by Seller to the Purchase Price (including the Substantial Completion Payment Amount) or the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date based on such claim.

  • Any dispute regarding a Change Notice for Force Majeure or Buyer-Caused Delay submitted by Seller to Buyer (including any provisional Change Order under this Section 8.6(b)) prior to the Substantial Completion Payment Date must be resolved between Seller and Buyer prior to the Substantial Completion Payment Date.

  • Such Substantial Completion Deduction Amount shall be deducted from the BE MP Obligation for the Substantial Completion Payment made to the Developer pursuant to the C-70 Project Agreement.

Substantial Completion Payment has the meaning given in Schedule 21 – Construction Period Payments.

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Completion Payment means the payment for the 20% of the Charges for each Apprenticeship that under the ESFA Rules is only paid once an Apprentice takes their end point assessment, including as the case may be Apprenticeships funded by Transferred Levy Funds;
