In the case of Singapore, where under its current taxation laws, dividends are paid by a company which is a resident of Singapore to a resident of the Sultanate of Oman who is the beneficial owner of such dividends, there is no tax in Singapore which is chargeable on dividends in addition to the tax chargeable in respect of the profits or income of the company.
