Sunset definition

Sunset means the time when the sun’s apparent disc is below and tangential to the horizon at sea level and to the west of the observer;
Sunset means the time designated by the National Weather Service at which the sun can last be seen on the horizon.
Sunset has the meaning assigned to such term in the Company’s Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation.
