Super Senior RCF definition
Super Senior RCF means the Original Super Senior RCF (including any fees, underwriting discount premiums and other costs and expenses incurred with such financing) (as amended from time to time) or any other revolving facilities for working capital purposes or general corporate purposes used to replace the Original Super Senior RCF or any refinancing of such debt in accordance with the Intercreditor Agreement.
Super Senior RCF means any revolving capital facility or similar agreement incurred pursuant to the Section titled "Super Senior RCF" or any other revolving capital facility agreement or similar agreement providing financing for general corporate purposes (including investments) and/or working capital purposes between any Group Company and a Super Senior RCF Creditor replacing a super senior revolving capital facility in accordance with the Section titled "Replacement of Debt".
Super Senior RCF means any working capital facility or similar agreement providing financing for general corporate purposes of the Group between any Group Company and a Super Senior RCF Creditor.

Super Senior RCF means the multicurrency revolving credit facility agreement between, inter alia, Ixat Group Holding AB as borrower, and Pareto Bank ASA, as lender, originally dated 27 April 2022 as amended and restated on the Existing Notes Amendment Date (including any fees, underwriting discount premiums and other costs and expenses incurred with such financing) in an aggregate principal amount not at any time exceeding SEK 150,000,000, and any general corporate and working capital facilities used to refinance that facility or any refinancing of such debt in accordance with the Intercreditor Agreement, for the avoidance of doubt such refinancing not to exceed the aforementioned amount.
Super Senior RCF means any credit facility or facilities provided to the Issuer for general corporate purposes of the Group (and any refinancing, amendment or replacements thereof), amended from time to time (as the case may be), in an aggregate amount not exceeding USD 10,000,000 (or its equivalent in any other currency or currencies).

Super Senior RCF means the Working Capital Facility (including any fees, underwriting discount premiums and other costs and expenses incurred with such financing) (as amended from time to time) or any other revolving facilities for working capital purposes or general corporate purposes used to replace the Working Capital Facility or any refinancing of such debt in accordance with the Intercreditor Agreement, provided that the Working Capital Facility Provider has entered into the Intercreditor Agreement.
Super Senior RCF has the meaning given thereto in the Issuer Intercreditor Agreement.
