Earned release means earned release from confinement as
Release detection means determining whether a release of a regulated substance has occurred from the UST system into the environment or into the interstitial space between the UST system and its secondary barrier or secondary containment around it.
Threatened Release means a substantial likelihood of a Release which requires action to prevent or mitigate damage to the soil, surface waters, groundwaters, land, stream sediments, surface or subsurface strata, ambient air or any other environmental medium comprising or surrounding any Property which may result from such Release.

Juvenile detention facility means any secure public or private facility used for the lawful custody of accused or adjudicated juvenile offenders that must not be a jail.
Release of Claims means the Release of Claims in substantially the same form attached hereto as Exhibit A (as the same may be revised from time to time by the Company upon the advice of counsel).
General Release has the meaning stated in Section 6.03.
Probation means a period of six (6) months from the day upon which an employee is first appointed or a period of three (3) months after an employee has been transferred or promoted from within. If an employee does not successfully complete his probationary period on transfer or promotion the Employer shall appoint him to a position comparable to the one from which he was transferred or promoted.
Probation or parole means any kind of supervision or conditional release of juveniles authorized under the laws of the compacting states.
Waiver and Release means the Waiver and Release attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) means an individual who instructs and assists individuals in the alcohol testing process and who operates the EBT.
Violent felony means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-3-203.5.

Rubbing alcohol means any product containing isopropyl alcohol (also called isopropanol) or denatured ethanol and labeled for topical use, usually to decrease germs in minor cuts and scrapes, to relieve minor muscle aches, as a rubefacient, and for massage.

Release Agreement means an agreement, substantially in a form approved by the Company, pursuant to which Executive releases all current or future claims, known or unknown, arising on or before the date of the release against the Company, its subsidiaries and its officers.
Licensed assistant behavior analyst means a person who holds current certification or meets the standards to be certified as a board certified Assistant Behavior Analyst issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization, who is licensed as an Assistant Behavior Analyst by the Board of Psychological Examiners and who provides Behavioral Therapy under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst or psychologist.
Competent and reliable scientific evidence means tests, analyses, research, studies, or other evidence based on the expertise of professionals in the relevant area, that has been conducted and evaluated in an objective manner by persons qualified to do so, using procedures generally accepted in the profession to yield accurate and reliable results.
Detention hearing means a hearing held by a judge or trial commissioner within twenty-four (24) hours, exclusive of weekends and holidays, of the start of any period of detention prior to adjudication;

Diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder means medically necessary assessments, evaluations, or tests
Criminal sexual activity means the commission of an act as defined in Section 886 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, which is the act of sodomy; and
Supervised Person means directors, officers and partners of an Adviser (or other persons occupying a similar status or performing similar functions), employees of an Adviser, and any other person who provides advice on behalf of an Adviser and is subject to the Adviser’s supervision and control.
Personal harassment means any improper behaviour by a person employed by the Employer that is directed at and offensive to another person employed by the Employer which the first person knew or ought reasonably to have known would be unwelcome. Personal harassment comprises objectionable conduct, comment, act or display that demeans, belittles or causes personal humiliation or embarrassment to the recipient.
