Supervising Contractors definition

Supervising Contractors means the principal contractors or Settling Defendant employees retained or utilized by the Settling Defendants, and the principal contractors or DEQ employees retained or utilized by the State, all as approved by EPA, in consultation with the DEQ, to supervise and direct the implementation of the Work or DEQ-designated activities under this Consent Decree.
Supervising Contractors means the principal contractors retained by SDs to supervise and direct the implementation of the Work under this Consent Decree.
Supervising Contractors means the principal contractor(s) retained by Respondent to supervise and direct the implementation of the Work under this Settlement.

Examples of Supervising Contractors in a sentence

  • If EPA issues a notice of disapproval, SD shall, within 30 days, submit to EPA a list of supplemental proposed Project Coordinators and/or Supervising Contractors, as applicable, including a description of the qualifications of each.

  • If EPA issues a notice of disapproval, SDs shall, within 30 days, submit to EPA a list of supplemental proposed Project Coordinators and/or Supervising Contractors, as applicable, including a description of the qualifications of each.

More Definitions of Supervising Contractors

Supervising Contractors means the principal contractor(s) retained by the Settling Defendants to supervise and direct the implementation of the Work under this Consent Decree.

Related to Supervising Contractors

  • Supervising Contractor means the principal contractor retained by Settling Defendants to supervise and direct the implementation of the Work under this CD.

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;

  • Prospective contractor means a person who is subject to the competitive sealed proposal process set forth in the Procurement Code or is not required to submit a competitive sealed proposal because that person qualifies for a sole source or a small purchase contract.

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.

  • Subcontractor means any supplier, distributor, vendor, or firm that furnishes supplies or services to or for a prime contractor or another subcontractor.

  • Prime Contractor as used in this clause, means a person who has entered into a prime contract with the United States.
