Supplemental Credits definition

Supplemental Credits means the Supplemental Credits allocated to an Eligible Officer’s Supplemental Credit Account in accordance with Section 3.4 (Supplemental Credits).
Supplemental Credits means, for any Participant, compensation- based credits to his Memorandum Account, other than credits representing Deferred Compensation.
Supplemental Credits means collectively the Cineplex Supplemental Credit and the Xxxxx Supplemental Credit and "Supplemental Credit" means either one of them, as the case may be.

Examples of Supplemental Credits in a sentence

  • Supplemental Credits, if any, shall be credited pursuant to Section 5.3. Interest Credits shall be calculated in the same manner and shall be credited to a Participant’s Supplemental Retirement Account at the same time as provided under the NiSource Pension Plan or any other Qualified Pension Plan.

  • A Participant’s Supplemental Retirement Account is a notional account equal to the sum of his or her Compensation Credits, Supplemental Credits, if any, and Interest Credits.

  • A Participant’s Supplemental Account shall receive such Supplemental Credits, in such amounts and at such times, as the Committee, in its sole discretion, may determine.

  • Supplemental Credits may include, but are not limited to, an opening account balance or a one-time credit in recognition of the December 31, 1998, discontinuance of supplemental pay credits.

  • The value of a Participant’s Account as of any date shall be equal to the balance determined as of the Accounting Date coincident with or next preceding such date, after all adjustments then required under the Plan have been made, plus any Participant Deferral Credits and Supplemental Credits to be credited to the Account since such date, less any amounts withdrawn or distributed from the Participant’s Account since such date.

  • All Deferral Credits, Matching Credits, and Supplemental Credits (collectively referred to as “Credits”) made on behalf of a Participant pursuant to Paragraph 4 above shall be credited by the Bank as an item of indebtedness of the Bank to the Participant.

  • The roof replacement will be covered by insurance up to the cost of shingle replacement.

  • In addition, no additional Supplemental Retirement Benefits, Supplemental Disability Pension, Supplemental Spouse Pension, or Compensation Credits or Supplemental Credits under a Supplemental Retirement Account, shall be earned after termination of the Plan, except as provided in Section 8.3.

  • The Committee, subject to approval of the Board, may authorize Supplemental Credits to a Participant’s Supplemental Retirement Account in such amounts and at such times, and subject to such specific terms and provisions, as authorized by the Committee.

  • An Eligible Officer must be employed on December 1 of the relevant Plan Year in order to receive the Supplemental Credit called for by Section 3.4 (Supplemental Credits) for that Plan Year.

Related to Supplemental Credits

  • Supplemental Benefit means the monthly benefit payable to the Executive under this Agreement.

  • Deferred Account means the participant's Deferred Pension Account, Deferred Dividends Account, Deferred Retainer Account, Deferred Fees Account, Deferred Cash Account and/or Deferred Stock Account.

  • Employer Credits means the amounts credited to the Participant’s Deferred Compensation Account by the Employer pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.2.

  • Emission Reduction Credits or “ERC(s)” means emission reductions that have been authorized by a local air pollution control district pursuant to California Division 26 Air Resources; Health and Safety Code Sections 40709 and 40709.5, whereby such district has established a system by which all reductions in the emission of air contaminants that are to be used to offset certain future increases in the emission of air contaminants shall be banked prior to use to offset future increases in emissions.

  • ESOP Account means a Participant’s account to which are credited Matching Contributions made to the Plan after March 31, 1989, and earnings and losses thereon.

  • Omnibus Account means any Shareholder Account the record owner of which is a registered broker-dealer which has agreed with the Transfer Agent to provide sub-transfer agent functions relating to each Sub-shareholder Account within such Shareholder Account as contemplated by this Schedule I in respect of each of the Funds.

  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI) means a program available to certain aged and disabled persons that is administered by the Social Security Administration through the Social Security office.

  • Supplemental Transfer Date For any Supplemental Transfer Agreement, the date the related Supplemental Mortgage Loans are transferred to the Trust Fund pursuant to the related Supplemental Transfer Agreement.

  • Specified Reserve Account Balance means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to 1.00% of the Pool Balance as of the Cut-Off Date; provided, however, on any Payment Date after the Notes are no longer Outstanding following payment in full of the principal and interest on the Notes, the “Specified Reserve Account Balance” shall be $0.

  • Supplemental Retirement Benefit means the benefit determined under Article V of this Plan.

  • Individual Account Means the account established and maintained under this Plan for each Participant in accordance with Section 4.01.

  • Company Credit Facility means the Credit Agreement, dated as of March 24, 2016, as amended and restated as of December 14, 2017, as further amended and restated as of May 7, 2019, as further amended and restated as of September 11, 2019, and as further amended and restated as of November 12, 2019, by and among Centene, the various financial institutions named therein, as lenders, and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Administrative Agent, including any related notes, Guarantees, collateral documents, instruments and agreements executed in connection therewith, and in each case as amended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced (in whole or in part) from time to time, whether or not with the same lenders or agent.

  • Aggregate Planned Balance With respect to any group of Planned Principal Classes or Components and any Distribution Date, the amount set forth for such group for such Distribution Date in Schedule V hereto.

  • Principal Accumulation Account Balance means, for any date of determination, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Accumulation Account on such date of determination.

  • Rollover Account means the account established hereunder to which amounts transferred from a qualified plan or individual retirement account in accordance with Section 4.6 are allocated.

  • Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant's Annual Company Matching Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account.

  • Specified Spread Account Balance means on the Closing Date, % of the sum of the Pool Balance as of the [Initial] Cutoff Date and on any Payment Date thereafter the lesser of, (a) % of the [sum of (i) the] Pool Balance as of the [Initial] Cutoff Date [plus (ii) the aggregate Contract Value of all Subsequent Receivables sold to the Trust as of their respective Cutoff Dates] and (b) the outstanding principal amount of the Notes. However, if (A) the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger is met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, the percentage in clause (a) will be reduced to % on such Payment Date and will remain at such percentage for each Payment Date thereafter unless further reduced on the Payment Dates as provided in the following clauses (B), (C) or (D); (B) if the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger is met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, the percentage in clause (a) of the preceding sentence will be reduced to % on such Payment Date (regardless of whether the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger was met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter and will remain at such percentage for each Payment Date thereafter unless further reduced on the Payment Date as provided in the following clause (C) or (D); (C) the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger is met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, the percentage in clause (a) of the preceding sentence will be reduced to % on such Payment Date (regardless of whether the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger was met on the Payment Dates in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter or [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter) and will remain at such percentage for each Payment Date thereafter unless further reduced on the Payment Date as provided in the following clause (D); and (D) the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger is met on the Payment Date in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, the percentage in clause (a) of the preceding sentence will be reduced to % on such Payment Date (regardless of whether the Specified Spread Account Reduction Trigger was met on the Payment Dates in [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter, [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter or [Month] 20XX or any Payment Date thereafter) and will remain at such percentage for each Payment Date thereafter. In addition to the ability to amend the “Specified Spread Account Balance” definition pursuant to Section 9.1(a) of the Indenture, the Specified Spread Account Balance may also be reduced or modified without the consent of the Holders of the Notes if the Rating Agency Condition is satisfied with respect to such reduction or modification.

  • Credit Account is modified to read “Grant Account”.

  • Supplemental Retirement Plan means (i) the Company’s Amended and Restated Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, (ii) the Company’s Supplemental Management Retirement Plan, (iii) the Company’s Amended and Restated Top Hat Restoration Plan, and (iv) the Company’s Defined Contribution Restoration Plan.

  • Service Credits means the service credits payable to the Purchaser by the Service Provider in the event that the Service Levels are not met and identified as service credits in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Designation Date as defined in Subsection 2.10(f).

  • Deferred Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and each Class of the Subordinate Certificates, the amount by which (x) the aggregate of Applied Loss Amounts previously applied in reduction of the Class Principal Amount thereof exceeds (y) the sum of (1) the aggregate of amounts previously reimbursed in respect thereof and (2) the amount by which the Class Principal Amount of such Class has been increased due to any Subsequent Recovery.

  • Class A-PO Deferred Amount For any Distribution Date prior to the Subordination Depletion Date, the difference between (A) the sum of (x) the amount by which the sum of the Class A-PO Optimal Principal Amounts for all prior Distribution Dates exceeded the amounts distributed on the Class A-PO Certificates on such prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (2) of Section 4.01(a) and (y) the sum of the product for each Discount Mortgage Loan which became a Liquidated Loan at any time on or prior to the last day of the Applicable Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period for Full Unscheduled Principal Receipts for the current Distribution Date of (a) the PO Fraction for such Discount Mortgage Loan and (b) an amount equal to the principal portion of Realized Losses (other than Bankruptcy Losses due to Debt Service Reductions) incurred with respect to such Discount Mortgage Loan and (B) the sum of (x) the sum of the Class A-PO Recoveries for such Distribution Date and prior Distribution Dates and (y) amounts distributed on the Class A-PO Certificates on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph fourth of Section 4.01(a). On and after the Subordination Depletion Date, the Class A-PO Deferred Amount will be zero. No interest will accrue on any Class A-PO Deferred Amount.

  • Class PO Deferred Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of the applicable PO Percentage of each Realized Loss, other than any Excess Loss, to be allocated to the Class PO Certificates on such Distribution Date on or prior to the Senior Credit Support Depletion Date or previously allocated to the Class PO Certificates and not yet paid to the Holders of the Class PO Certificates.

  • Contribution Account means an account, or accounts, into which the Accountholder and employer contributions are deposited by the TPA, and from which HSA dollars are swept into the Cash Account.
