Supplemental Management Fees definition

Supplemental Management Fees means, collectively, all fees payable to the Supplemental Manager pursuant to the Supplemental Management Agreement (without duplication).
Supplemental Management Fees means, for each Weekly Allocation Date with respect to any Quarterly Fiscal Period, the amount, approved in writing by the Control Party acting at the direction of the Controlling Class Representative, by which, with respect to any Quarterly Fiscal Period, (i) the expenses incurred or other amounts charged by the Manager since the beginning of such Quarterly Fiscal Period in connection with the performance of the Manager’s obligations under the Management Agreement and the amount of any current or projected Tax Payment Deficiency, if applicable, exceed (ii) the Weekly Management Fees received and to be received by the Manager on such Weekly Allocation Date and each preceding Weekly Allocation Date with respect to such Quarterly Fiscal Period.
Supplemental Management Fees means any supplemental management fees or payments received by Tenant in its capacity as manager of any Facility as to which Tenant has entered into a QIPP Transaction.

Examples of Supplemental Management Fees in a sentence

  • If the term of this Agreement is extended pursuant to Xxxxxxx 0, Xxxxxxx and the Company shall agree on the terms of the Base Management Fee and Supplemental Management Fees for such extension period, which shall in no case be less than those contemplated in this Section 4(a).

Related to Supplemental Management Fees

  • Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated quarterly in arrears, equal to 25% of the Fee Amount;
