Supplementary Documents definition

Supplementary Documents means the documents listed in Annex 1 of these Conditions of Use, as amended from time to time.
Supplementary Documents. Supplementary documents are limited to the specific types of documentation listed in the PAPPG, with exceptions specified below. Proposals containing special information or supplementary documentation that has not been explicitly allowed in the PAPPG or this solicitation, such as article reprints or preprints, or appendices, will be returned without review.
Supplementary Documents means all information, forms (including application forms), schedules, Service Materials, user guides and any other agreement, amendment, statement, disclosure, notice, request, consent, information, instruction or communication made, given, sent, received, accepted, signed or processed verbally or in paper or in electronic form through any communication channel in connection with the provision of Services by the Bank to the Customer. Use of Account/Services A new clause is added. When a new service is offered by the Bank, the service is deemed to be a “Service” under this Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, immediately when the Customer is enrolled in, authorized for, or uses the service, without any other action required by the Customer, the Bank, or any other person.

  • Note the distinction to the list of Project Personnel and Partner Institutions specified above under Supplementary Documents: the listing of all project participants is collected by the project lead and entered as a Supplementary Document, which is then automatically included with all proposals in a project.


More Definitions of Supplementary Documents

Supplementary Documents means any instruments, security agreements, confirmations, certificates or other writings executed and delivered by the General Partner supplementary to the execution and delivery of any Guaranty.
