Supplied Facility definition

Supplied Facility means any appliance, fixture or piece of equipment supplied in accordance with the provisions of a lease or rental agreement.
Supplied Facility means equipment, appliance or system paid for, furnished by, provided by, or under the control of the owner or operator.
