Supplier of Last Resort definition

Supplier of Last Resort means a supplier who is designated by a Member State to take over the supply of electricity to customers of a supplier which has ceased to operate;
Supplier of Last Resort means, in relation to a BM Unit comprising or including premises of one or more Customers, the Trading Party to which a last resort direction is issued by the Authority in respect of those premises;
Supplier of Last Resort means a person that supplies electricity to customers when a last resort supply plan comes into operation; and
