Trading Party definition

Trading Party means a party acting as principal in a securities transaction referred to in point (c) of the first subparagraph of Article 7(10) of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014;
Trading Party means a Party, other than the NETSO, which holds Energy Accounts;
Trading Party means a party who is not a Shipper but which is registered with the TSOs and acceded to the Codes for the purposes of making Trade Nominations;

  • The Supplier shall ensure that the Trading Party has any authorisation required from the Financial Conduct Authority so as to be entitled to execute any required Gas Transactions and otherwise enable the Supplier to comply with its obligations under this Framework Agreement.

  • During FOREX Trading, Party A shall adhere to the trading policies and guidelines set forth by Party B, Vaultmarkets and the applicable regulatory authorities.

  • Any Third Party Transaction requested by the Authority will be entered into by the Trading Party (acting on behalf of the Supplier) and the Nominated Third Party.
