BM Unit definition

BM Unit. BM Unit Metered Volume”, “Boundary Point”, “BSC Agent”, “BSC Company”, “Clock Change Day”, “Code Subsidiary Document”, “Communications Equipment”, “Credited Energy Volume”, “Daily Party Energy Imbalance Cashflow”, “Material Change”, “Metering Equipment”, “Metering System”, “MSID”, “Registrant”, “Residual Cashflow Reallocation Cashflow”, “Settlement Run”, “Trading Dispute” and “Trading Unit” have the meanings given to such terms in the BSC, save that references to Metering Equipment within the definition of “Material Change” shall be replaced by references to Facility Metering Equipment.
BM Unit means an Open Season User’s Production Interconnector BM Unit and Consumption Interconnector BM Unit under the Balancing and Settlement Code;
BM Unit has the meaning given to it in the BSC; BSC means the Balancing and Settlement Code that is provided for in Standard Condition C3 (Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC)) of the Transmission Licence; Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or a Sunday) on which banks are open for general business in London; Calculation Date means the date which is three (3) Months before the date which the Generator specified as its preferred effective date for this Agreement in its expression of interest to the Authority;

Examples of BM Unit in a sentence

  • The effective from date of the Supplier participation capacity and BM Unit Go-Live Dates in CRA must match the dates registered in MDD for SVAA and CRA systems to interface effectively.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, with effect from the expiry or termination of any Market Agreement such provisions shall in relation to that BM Unit cease to be suspended and shall resume full force and effect.

More Definitions of BM Unit

BM Unit means a Primary BM Unit established and registered (or to be established and registered) by a Party in accordance with Section K3 or a Secondary BM unit established and registered (or to be established and registered) by a Party in accordance with Section K8 or, where the context so requires, the Plant and/or Apparatus treated as comprised in or assigned to such unit for the purposes of the Code;
BM Unit has the meaning given to that term in the Balancing and Settlement Code;
BM Unit has the meaning given in the BSC; BSC Co has the meaning given in BSC; BSC Procedure 71 or BSCP 71 means a document of that name, as established or adopted and from time to time modified in accordance with the BSC, setting out, inter alia, procedures to be complied with by the Parties in, and other matters relating to, the implementation of Section P of the BSC; Business Day means a day (not being a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for general banking business in the City of London;
