BM Unit definition

BM Unit. BM Unit Metered Volume”, “Boundary Point”, “BSC Agent”, “BSC Company”, “Clock Change Day”, “Code Subsidiary Document”, “Communications Equipment”, “Credited Energy Volume”, “Daily Party Energy Imbalance Cashflow”, “Material Change”, “Metering Equipment”, “Metering System”, “MSID”, “Registrant”, “Residual Cashflow Reallocation Cashflow”, “Settlement Run”, “Trading Dispute” and “Trading Unit” have the meanings given to such terms in the BSC, save that references to Metering Equipment within the definition of “Material Change” shall be replaced by references to Facility Metering Equipment.
BM Unit means an Open Season User’s Production Interconnector BM Unit and Consumption Interconnector BM Unit under the Balancing and Settlement Code;
BM Unit means a Primary BM Unit established and registered (or to be established and registered) by a Party in accordance with Section K3 or a Secondary BM unit established and registered (or to be established and registered) by a Party in accordance with Section K8 or, where the context so requires, the Plant and/or Apparatus treated as comprised in or assigned to such unit for the purposes of the Code;

Examples of BM Unit in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, in the event this Mandatory Services Agreement is terminated in relation to any individual BM Unit, the provisions of this Clause 4 shall terminate in relation to that BM Unit only.

  • Rental unit means a structure or part of a structure used as a home, residence, or sleeping unit by a single person or household unit, or any grounds, or other facilities or area promised for the use of a residential tenant and includes, but without limitation, apartment units, boarding houses, rooming houses, mobile home spaces, and single and 2-family dwellings.
