Supplier Quality Agreement definition

Supplier Quality Agreement means an agreement incorporated by reference in any Order between Purchaser and Supplier defining the minimum quality requirements expected by Purchaser.
Supplier Quality Agreement means all of the quality standards to which the Parties have agreed and which are documented in a Supplier Quality Agreement in Exhibit B.
