Supply Deficiency definition

Supply Deficiency has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.
Supply Deficiency means a failure by XXXX to produce the number of Batches at least equal to the number specified in the delivery schedule in the Project Plan.

Supply Deficiency. The Sellers shall provide the discount to the Buyer by way of credit note on the Quarterly Sellers Supply Deficiency in that Quarter (“Quarterly Price Adjustment”).
