Supply Quarter definition

Supply Quarter means three Supply Months corresponding to a Quarter. Supply Start Date means, in relation to a Procurement Year (or a Procurement Round), the first Day of that Procurement Year (or the Procurement Year relating to that Procurement Round).
Supply Quarter means a period of three (3) successive calendar months commencing on the later of (a) the first day of the first full month following delivery of [ * ] OnQ Aerosol Generators or (b) the Approval Date, and each three (3) successive calendar month period thereafter during the Term.
Supply Quarter means three (3) Supply Months corresponding to a Quarter.

Examples of Supply Quarter in a sentence

  • Upon notice of intended termination, MIA shall have the right to cure such shortfall in MIA’s minimum purchase requirement by purchasing during such ninety-day notice period the amount of such OnQ Aerosol Generators equal to such shortfall plus also purchasing at least MIA’s minimum purchase requirements for the Supply Quarter(s) in which the ninety-day cure period falls (linearly prorated for the fraction of the second Supply Quarter, if any, in which a portion of the ninety-day-notice period may fall).

  • Aerogen shall provide to MIA the ninety (90) day notice of termination described in this Section 6.2, no later than one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of the Supply Quarter in which such minimum purchase shortfall failure occurs, after which Aerogen’s option to terminate for said breach based upon MIA’s failure to meet its minimum purchasing requirements for the applicable Supply Quarter will lapse.

  • The shortage is estimated to be 15% of the demand, suggesting that on average there is two hour blackout every day.

More Definitions of Supply Quarter

Supply Quarter means a Quarter in which electric energy is supplied to Eligible Customers during the Term, provided that the first Supply Quarter will be Q1 2005;

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1 or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Royalty Year means, (i) for the year in which the First Commercial Sale occurs (the “First Royalty Year”), the period commencing with the first day of the Calendar Quarter in which the First Commercial Sale occurs and expiring on the last day of the Calendar Year in which the First Commercial Sale occurs and (ii) for each subsequent year, each successive Calendar Year.

  • Calendar Quarter means the respective periods of three (3) consecutive calendar months ending on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.

  • Sales Year means the calendar year during which the Company sold Cigarettes in a Beneficiary State requiring the deposit of QEF Principal.

  • Gas Year means the period of 365 or 366 Gas Days, as the case may be, beginning at October 1st at 06:00 hours (Belgian time) and ending at September 30th 06:00 hours (Belgian time) of the next year.

  • Supply Period means the period commencing on the Supply Period Start Date and terminating on the Termination Date.

  • Quarter means, unless the context requires otherwise, a fiscal quarter of the Partnership, or, with respect to the fiscal quarter of the Partnership which includes the Closing Date, the portion of such fiscal quarter after the Closing Date.

  • Recovery Quarter has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a)(ii) of this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement.

  • Project Year means the twelve-month period beginning from the Effective Date and ending twelve months thereafter (the First Project Year), and any twelve-month period beginning at the end of the First Project Year, or the end of subsequent Project Years;

  • Planning Period Quarter means any of the following three month periods in the Planning Period: June, July and August; September, October and November; December, January and February; or March, April and May.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Forecast Period means the period of three calendar months for which a Forecast is provided;

  • Calendar Year means each successive period of twelve (12) calendar months commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31, except that the first Calendar Year of the Term shall commence on the Effective Date and end on December 31 of the year in which the Effective Date occurs and the last Calendar Year of the Term shall commence on January 1 of the year in which the Term ends and end on the last day of the Term.

  • Half Year means the period from 1st January to 30th June in any year and the period from 1st July to 31st December in any year;
