Examples of Support Service Period in a sentence

  • The Supplier must supply to the Customer the Software Support Services for the Support Service Period in accordance with the Customer Agreement.

  • Updates to the Software shall be made available during the Support Service Period.

  • You will be charged for each 30-day Support Service Period at the renewal rate provided to you during the purchase and installation of your Covered System or the renewal rate then in effect as provided in a notice to you prior to renewal.

  • Such fee charged for such additions will be consistent with the fees charged for the same (or similar) software as described in the Scope of Work, and will be pro-rated as necessary to make charges coterminous with existing warranty or the Equipment and Software Maintenance and Support Service Period.

  • You may not cancel your Magnolia Care during the initial 90-day Support Service Period when included as part of your purchase of a qualifying system, but you may cancel the auto renewal during such 90-day period.

  • You may not cancel your Magnolia Care (including added Remote Management) during the initial 12-month Support Service Period when included as part of your purchase of a qualifying system, but you may cancel the auto renewal during such 12-month period.

Related to Support Service Period

  • Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;
