Forced Labor means knowingly providing or obtaining the labor or services of a person-
Internal Revenue Service or “IRS” means the U.S. Internal Revenue Service or any successor thereto.
IRS means the United States Internal Revenue Service.
U.S. Treasury Regulations means the Treasury regulations of the Code. Reference to a specific Treasury Regulation or Section of the Code shall include such Treasury Regulation or Section, any valid regulation promulgated under such Section, and any comparable provision of any future legislation or regulation amending, supplementing or superseding such Section or regulation.
Unfair labor practice means the commission of an act designated an unfair labor practice
Forced labor or services means labor or services that are performed or provided by another person and are obtained or maintained through coercion.
Company Employee Plan means any plan, program, policy, practice, contract, agreement or other arrangement providing for compensation, severance, termination pay, deferred compensation, performance awards, stock or stock-related awards, fringe benefits or other employee benefits or remuneration of any kind, whether written or unwritten or otherwise, funded or unfunded, including without limitation, each "employee benefit plan," within the meaning of Section 3(3) of ERISA which is or has been maintained, contributed to, or required to be contributed to, by the Company or any Affiliate for the benefit of any Employee, or with respect to which the Company or any Affiliate has or may have any liability or obligation;
Employee Plan means each "employee benefit plan," as such term is defined in Section 3(3) of ERISA, that (A)(i) is subject to any provision of ERISA and (ii) is maintained or contributed to by the Company, or (B)(i) is subject to any provision of Title IV of ERISA and (ii) is maintained or contributed to by any of the Company's ERISA Affiliates.
Local Labour means skilled, semi-skilled workers of all trades engaged by the Contractor on the Site for the purpose of or in connection with the Contract or engaged full time by the Contractor off the site for the Purpose of or in connection with the Contract (by way of illustration but not limitation: workers engaged full time in any office, store, workshop or quarry).
Company Employee Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).
Company 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(e).
Foreign Benefit Arrangement any employee benefit arrangement mandated by non-US law that is maintained or contributed to by any Group Member or any ERISA Affiliate.
Parent 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(e).
Project labor agreement means an agreement by which labor organizations agree to terms and conditions of employment, to cooperate in resolving labor disputes, and to maintain labor peace on the Project.
forced labour means labour or services obtained or maintained through force, threat of force, or other means of coercion or physical restraint;
International Employee Plan means each Company Employee Plan or Employee Agreement that has been adopted or maintained by the Company or any ERISA Affiliate, whether formally or informally, or with respect to which the Company or any ERISA Affiliate will or may have any liability with respect to Employees who perform services outside the United States.
Adult education means all education or instruction,
Treasury means the United States Department of the Treasury.
Guidance means any guidance issued or updated by the UK Government from time to time in relation to the Regulations;
Foreign Benefit Plan means any Employee Benefit Plan established, maintained or contributed to outside of the United States of America or which covers any employee working or residing outside of the United States.
Fully Burdened Hourly Labor Rate means an hourly rate that includes all salary, overhead costs, general and administrative expenses, and profit.
Canadian Benefit Plan means any plan, fund, program or policy, whether oral or written, formal or informal, funded or unfunded, insured or uninsured, providing employee benefits, including medical, hospital care, dental, sickness, accident, disability, life insurance, pension, retirement or savings benefits, under which any Loan Party has any liability with respect to any of its employees or former employees employed in Canada, and includes any Canadian Pension Plan.
Applicable Federal Rate means the "applicable federal rate" as defined in Section 1274(d) of the Code.
Employee Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(b).
Treasury Regulations means regulations, including proposed or temporary regulations, promulgated under the Code. References herein to specific provisions of proposed or temporary regulations shall include analogous provisions of final Treasury Regulations or other successor Treasury Regulations.
Health benefit plan means a policy, contract, certificate or agreement offered or issued by a health carrier to provide, deliver, arrange for, pay for or reimburse any of the costs of health care services.
