Surplus Note Register definition

Surplus Note Register has the meaning specified in Section 4.01 hereof.
Surplus Note Register shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.07.
Surplus Note Register is the register kept by the Company at its office in Walnut Creek, California, in which it shall provide for the registration of this Surplus Note and the registration of transfers of the Surplus Note.
