Survey Services definition

Survey Services means the professional services, labor, materials, supplies, testing and other acts or duties required of the CONSULTANT under this Agreement, together with Additional Services as CLIENT may request and evidenced by a supplemental agreement pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Survey Services means the supply for gain or reward of any services, or any plan, certificate or other document, relating to any survey;
