Sustainability Fee Adjustment definition

Sustainability Fee Adjustment means, with respect to any Sustainability Report for any fiscal year, an amount (whether positive, negative or zero), expressed as a percentage, equal to the sum of (a) the Resource Solutions Commitment Fee Adjustment Amount plus (b) the TRIR Commitment Fee Adjustment Amount, in each case as set forth in the applicable Pricing Certificate for such fiscal year.
Sustainability Fee Adjustment with respect to any period between Sustainability Pricing Adjustment Dates, an amount (whether positive, negative or zero), expressed as a percentage, equal to the sum of (a) the Percentage of New-Hire Women and Minorities Diversity Fee Adjustment Amount, plus (b) the Renewable Energy Generation Capacity Fee Adjustment Amount, in each case for such period.
Sustainability Fee Adjustment means, with respect to any SASB Aligned Report for any Fiscal Year, an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to +0.01%, 0% or -0.01%, as the case may be, in each case for such Fiscal Year, as set forth in Annex B of Exhibit M.

Examples of Sustainability Fee Adjustment in a sentence

  • If no Pricing Certificate is so delivered in respect of a calendar year, the Sustainability Margin Adjustment and the Sustainability Fee Adjustment in respect of such calendar year shall be determined pursuant to Section 1.7(c).

  • It is further understood and agreed that the Applicable Percentage for Revolving Loans incurred by DEI will never be reduced or increased by more than 0.05% and that the Applicable Percentage for the Facility Fee for Commitments under the DEI Sublimit will never be reduced or increased by more than 0.01%, pursuant to the Sustainability Margin Adjustment and the Sustainability Fee Adjustment, respectively, on any Sustainability Pricing Adjustment Date.

Sustainability Fee Adjustment means, with respect to any Sustainability Report for any fiscal year, the number of basis points (whether positive, negative or zero) resulting from the sum of (a) the Threshold A Commitment Fee Adjustment Amount, plus (b) the Threshold B Commitment Fee Adjustment Amount, in each case for such fiscal year.
Sustainability Fee Adjustment means, subject to the provisions of Section 1.6, with respect to any period between Sustainability Pricing Adjustment Dates, as determined for the applicable Reference Year:

Sustainability Fee Adjustment means an amount (whether positive or negative) determined in accordance with the KPI Metrics Report then most recently delivered pursuant to Section 6.02(d), and with reference to the Sustainability Table, expressed in basis points, equal to the sum of (a) the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Intensity Reduction Fee Adjustment Amount, plus (b) the Gender Pay Equity Fee Adjustment Amount.
