Sustainability Fee Adjustment definition

Sustainability Fee Adjustment means, with respect to any SASB Aligned Report for any Fiscal Year, an amount, expressed as a percentage, equal to +0.01%, 0% or -0.01%, as the case may be, in each case for such Fiscal Year, as set forth in Annex B of Exhibit M.
Sustainability Fee Adjustment means, with respect to any KPI Metrics Report for any fiscal year, an amount (whether positive, negative or zero), expressed as a percentage, equal to the sum of (a) the CO2 Intensity Commitment Fee Adjustment Amount, plus (b) the Women’s Employment Rate Commitment Fee Adjustment Amount, in each case for such fiscal year. ​

  • It is further understood and agreed that the Applicable Margin will never be reduced or increased by more than 0.04%, and the Applicable Percentage will never be reduced or increased by more than 0.01%, in each case pursuant to the Sustainability Margin Adjustment or the Sustainability Fee Adjustment, as applicable, during any 12-month period.

Sustainability Fee Adjustment means, with respect to any Sustainability Report for any fiscal year, an amount (whether positive, negative or zero), expressed as a percentage, equal to the sum of (a) the Resource Solutions Commitment Fee Adjustment Amount plus (b) the TRIR Commitment Fee Adjustment Amount, in each case as set forth in the applicable Pricing Certificate for such fiscal year.
