KPI Metrics Report an annual report (it being understood that this annual report may take the form of the annual Sustainability Report) attached to the Pricing Certificate that sets forth the calculations for each KPI Metric for a specific fiscal year.
KPI Metrics Report means an annual report that sets forth the calculations for each KPI Metric for a specific fiscal year; provided, that any such KPI Metrics Report shall apply substantially the same verification standards and methodology used in the Initial KPI Metrics Report, except for any changes to such standards and/or methodology that (i) are consistent with then generally accepted industry standards or (ii) if not so consistent, are proposed by the Company and reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
KPI Metrics Report means a report that may take the form of any non-financial disclosure of the Company’s performance of one or more KPI Metrics as publicly reported by the Company for one or more KPI Metrics for a specific Annual Period, and published on an Internet or intranet website to which each Lender, the Administrative Agent and the Sustainability Structuring Agent have been granted access free of charge (or at the expense of the Company). Such KPI Metrics Report shall be either (i) audited by the KPI Metrics Auditor or (ii) made available to the public.

KPI Metrics Report means a report prepared by the Borrower that sets forth the calculations for the KPI Metric for a specific calendar year.

Any L/C Issuer may, in its discretion, arrange for one or more Letters of Credit to be issued by Affiliates of such L/C Issuer, in which case the term “L/C Issuer” shall include any such Affiliate with respect to Letters of Credit issued by such Affiliate. “L/C Obligations” means the aggregate U.S. Dollar Equivalent of the undrawn face amounts of all outstanding Letters of Credit and all unpaid Reimbursement Obligations. For purposes of computing the amount available to be drawn under any Letter of Credit, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be determined in accordance with Section 4.5 hereof.
