Swing Line Commitment Termination Date definition

Swing Line Commitment Termination Date means the earlier of the -------------------------------------- Business Day immediately preceding the Scheduled Swing Line Commitment Termination Date or such other date upon which the Swing Line Commitment shall have been terminated in accordance with Section 2.4 or Section 9.1.
