Swing Line Subfacility definition

Swing Line Subfacility means the subfacility under the Total Commitment as described in, and subject to the limitations of, Section 2.2.

Swing Line Subfacility means, at any time, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $25,000,000 and (b) the Revolving Credit Facility at such time. The Swing Line Subfacility is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Credit Facility.

Swing Line Subfacility means, at any time, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Swing Line Sublimit at such time and (b) the Revolving Credit Facility at such time. The Swing Line Subfacility is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Credit Facility. On the Restatement Effective Date, the amount of the Swing Line Subfacility is $10,000,000.

• As of January 4, 2011, the Swing Line Subfacility is terminated, and Borrower shall not be allowed to request, and Swing Line Lender shall not be obligated to advance, any Swing Line Loans.

Swing Line Subfacility means the subfacility under the Revolving Facility (the portion of the Loans attributable to which may never exceed in the aggregate $50,000,000), as described in, and subject to the limitations of, SECTION 2.2.

Swing Line Subfacility means a Tranche A Swing Line Subfacility, a Tranche B Swing Line Subfacility (Dollar) or a Tranche B Swing Line Subfacility (Euro).

Swing Line Subfacility means a subfacility under the Revolving Credit Facility described in Section 2.21.

Swing Line Subfacility means a subfacility under the Agreement (the portion of the Loans attributable to which may never exceed in the aggregate the Swing Line Sublimit) as described in, and subject to the limitations of, Section 2.4 hereof. Swing Line Sublimit means, on any date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) $75,000,000 and (b) the Revolver Commitment (as the same may be increased or reduced in accordance with the Loan Papers). The Swing Line Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolver Commitment.

Swing Line Subfacility shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.4(a) hereof.

Swing Line Subfacility means the facility under the Facility described in Section 2.4.

Swing Line Subfacility means, at any time, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the aggregate amount of the Swing Line Lenders’ Swing Line Sublimits at such time and (b) the Revolving Credit Facility. The Swing Line Subfacility is part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Credit Facility. On the Closing Date, the amount of the Swing Line Subfacility is $100,000,000.
